I'm Janelle; creator of Fit Your Way. My goal in this Ebook is to help you avoid the mistakes I've made in my own journey. Listen, I've been there. I've lost the weight and put it back on a couple of times. I had the feelings of not being cut for this. That I was destined to be overweight and uncomfortable in my own skin forever. I'm so glad I was wrong.
