Your 12 weeks will be split into 3 progressing 4 week programs.
Each week you will spend 3 days lifting, each day with a different focus: Upper Body , Lower Body. and Full Body for the first 4 weeks and then a Push Day, a Pull Day and a Leg day for the remainder 4 weeks. Â
The Goal is to Increase the amount of Weight you can Lift each week with the same exercises. Â
Strength and muscle growth come from progressive overload, which means in order to see physical changes, you need to consistently challenge your body with heavier and heavier weights, reps and or sets.
Don't worry if you are not improving every single session. KEEP WORKING ON IT. The most important is the general improvement in the number of reps or amount of weights you are lifting. Â Â

Your 8 weeks will be split into 2 progressing 4 week programs.
Each week you will spend 4 days lifting, each day with a different focus: Back & Bi's , Legs, Chest & Triceps, and Shoulders & Abs.
The Goal is to Increase the amount of Weight you can Lift each week with the same exercises. Â (Progressive Overload)
