Variety is our middle name. You can choose from Weights, Yoga, Zumba or Mobility

Accountability is a HUGE part of success. You will have a community of like-minded women cheering you on. Plus the support of 3 trainers.

Our transformation starts in the mind and goes through to the body. The mental mindset portion of this challenge is key to your success and we are so excited to offer it to you and watch you have your AH-HA realizations.

3 DAYS OF MINDSET TRAINING
Trust me, I know. You think it's YOU. You tell yourself; YOU'RE a failure and its YOU that is the issue of why you continue to be on a rollercoaster ride with your health. What you are actually doing is pushing yourself further away from your goal. It's not YOU, it's the way you think.
You will walk away with tools to change your mindset that you can implement immediately; so that you can overcome your OLD pitfalls and reach your goals for good.

5 DAYS OF MOVEMENT
You will choose your level of movement for the week. We will provide you with a variety of 15 minute workouts ranging from Weights, Yoga, Zumba and Mobility. Or you can walk. Whatever works for YOU. You will have all the tools you need to move your body the way that works for you.
All workouts come with a follow along videos and/or exercise tutorials.

NUTRITION TIPS & TRICKS
Yes, we are going to talk about nutrition and help you decide what will FOR you; not against you. Janelle will inspire you with ways to avoid the normal stumbling blocks in your nutrition.

DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
This is an incredibly overlooked piece for many. Accountability and Support on the daily to inspire and help motivate you to get exactly what you want out of this week.
Accountability will be in a PRIVATE Facebook Group. (Only the women in the group will see your posts).

SUNDAY FUNDAY LIVE/BRUNCH
We said it was 5 days, but we lied. We are going to meet back up on Sunday for a LIVE workout class (optional) and LIVE check in where you'll have the opportunity to get some LIVE coaching from Janelle.

Nice to meet you
I'm Janelle; creator of Fit Your Way. My goal in doing this challenge is to help you avoid the mistakes I've made in my own journey. Listen, I've been there. I've lost the weight and put it back on a couple of times. I had the feelings of not being cut for this. That I was destined to be overweight and uncomfortable in my own skin forever. I'm so glad I was wrong.
It wasn't until I implemented some of these mindset changes (that I am going to teach you) that I was able to transform my health and more importantly; maintain my health and weight loss for good.
I'm excited to be a part of your journey and guide you to get there faster then I did. It's why I became a trainer in the first place. Because it changed me so much and I grew so much; that I want everyone to have that opportunity. We all deserve to unleash who we really are and stop listening to the voices in our heads leading us in the direction we truly don't want to go.
